May’s discussion centers on growth under pressure, identity, and resilience.
Please read the book before attending. The gathering is a calm discussion space where listening is as valued as speaking.
The conversation is reflective, not solution-oriented.
At the end of the evening, we will close with a small, gentle exercise. No tools or preparation are required, and participation is optional.

In this hands-on workshop we explore how citrus fruits can support long-term health while learning practical ways to cook with them and use the whole fruit without waste.
Citrus are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and essential nutrients that support immunity, digestion and overall vitality.
During this workshop we will learn how to incorporate them into everyday cooking in simple and creative ways.
As we cook, we will also practice a zero-waste approach.
After removing the fruit pulp, the citrus peels will be transformed into craft tools.
This workshop combines cooking, creativity and conversation in a small group setting.
What you leave with:
• 4 citrus recipes (that we taste together)
• your own handmade candle
• your own handmade cotton cloth
Seats are limited to keep the workshop interactive.

Sketching techniques to improve your attention span.
This workshop helps you enhance your ability to stay focused, notice details, and be present in the moment.
We start with a short reflection on attention and distraction.
Together with the talented artist Lillian O Rasche, you’ll go on a short, silent walk to consciously observe your surroundings.
Afterwards, you’ll translate what you noticed into a sketch. No prior experience is needed. It’s not about drawing well, but about seeing better.
To finish, we come together for a brunch, exchange thoughts, and reflect on the experience.
